i will never go to this place again. when my car was in the shop from a wreck caused by a friend, i needed to rent a car. this was the only one close to me. When they saw my car was a truck they asked me if i needed a truck and i said no,it didnt matter. they brought me another truck. they went over everything very carefully on the contract except for one thing...in tiny letters at the bottom it said that if the vehicle was not clean, there would be a 100 fee. they told me i could not have any pets in the car and the gas had to be the same amount when i brought it back but they never mentioned anything about cleaning. my truck was in the shop for about a month due to mis-communications between the shop and my insurance company. when i took the rental back they inspected it for dents etc. they told me they were going to charge me the detailing fee because the truck was filthy and full of dog hair. ok let me clarify that at the time i had a dog who shed like crazy..it didnt matter how much we swept or vaccumed..if you came in the house for even 5 minutes, you would leave with dog hair. that being said he said the back seat was covered with hair...it wasnt, yes there was some hair but it was not covered. he accused me of having a dog in the car and then accused me of lying when i said i didnt.,.even though i had 3 other people with me that could testify that i have never had a dog in the car. he was rude and got me so upset to the point of tears. the only dirt in the car was some sand from our feet but it wasnt filthy. i told him i wasnt paying the fee.
