I requested carpet cleaning two weeks before Christmas and was provided service by the owner to receive the service within the timeframe requested. He was friendly, informative and helpful. The product was great on urine stains and was safe for aviaries *** it has a pleasant smell as well. I would recommend them to anybody needing carpet or ceramic floor cleaning in the Houston area.
