After a few bad experiences with the manager Craig Banwell, I was about finished with Firestone. Yesterday my wife and I were in an accident and needed the car checked out for safety reasons. I was NOT looking forward to dealing with Craig again. I drove past the store and saw that Craig's car (Bonneville) wasn't there. I stopped in and was treated with respect, understanding, and compassion by the Service Manager Josh Brandt. Josh and his Technician Ryan Darst were amazing in customer service, a complete 180 from dealing with the location manager Craig. If anyone has had a bad experience at this location, I encourage you to go when Josh is working. My visit today was a great experience and has renewed my faith in honest auto services. Thank You Josh!
