Purchased a new frigid wire refrigerator in 2011 from Dick Van Dyke. After 9 months the ice maker began making noises. Service came out to repair approximately 6 times and after 4 documented repairs that did not correct the problem the refrigerator was switched out for a new refrigerator. The ice maker actually started to freeze the ice and then thaw causing leaking problems. Michel French, customer service representative was great to work with as were Rich and Jim the service personnel. Will purchase future appliances from Dick Van Dyke Appliance World and would recommend to others due to their free extended warranty. This was a frustrating process but I the end was resolved to my satisfaction. more
