Richard was the tech who installed my dishwasher. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Handled the entire process with kid gloves and made sure before he left that I was completely satisfied. Would highly recommend buying from Dick Van Dyke. Bought dishwasher on Friday and delivered and installed on Saturday.
