The sales and installation personnel were excellent. The scheduling and actual installation experiences were also great. We have but one negative for you to watch for in the future. When the installer brought our range into the house, he put several large, deep gouges in the framing of our back door. It will cause me a good bit of work to patch, sand & paint these spots. Greater care is needed when getting the appliances through the door.
