Bought several blinds from them which came with a ""5 yr No Questions Asked Warranty."" Turns out that is useless! When a cord to raise the blind broke 5 months later, no one in the office or Zach could be found. Left lots of messages at their office and on Zach's cell phone too, but basicly was totally ignored! It would have been so simple to have just fixed the blind rather than have others reading reviews like this one! Can't (and shouldn't) be good for business. \r
