Bought several blinds from them which came with a ""5 yr No Questions Asked Warranty."" Turns out that is useless! When a cord to raise the blind broke 5 months later, no one in the office or Zach could be found. Left lots of messages at their office and on Zach's cell phone too, but basicly was totally ignored! It would have been so simple to have just fixed the blind rather than have others reading reviews like this one! Can't (and shouldn't) be good for business. \r \r Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. more

I was so thankful that Stephanie is not only a well-versed interior designer, but is also the owner of the company. She gave the process a more personal and friendly touch, and was more than willing to be flexible with my hectic schedule! I very much appreciated the timely service and would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for the same experience. more

Flexible, Patient and Helpful 8/4/2011

Zach came to our home, took all measurements, made recommendations on color and style to meet our aesthetic and budgetary needs. Zach really knows his product liine and he was terrific to work with. The drapes and shutters look great. I highly recommend using Budget Blinds of Pasadena. more

My Drapes are amazing 7/25/2011

I had Stephanie come out to my house. I needed drapes in my master bedroom. She had so many different fabrics to choose from, and different price ranges that were avaliable. I am so happy with the new drapes she did for me. I will be using her for my next project of remodeling our kitchen and living room. more

I am very satisfied 5/31/2011

I just had my new plantation shutters put in and I am very satisfied with the turn out. I have nothing but good things to say about this compnay. From the first appointment the young man was very professional, he showed me several different choices that would work with my windows. I placed my order that day and the shutters came in very fast. The installation was just as easy. I would highly reccomend this company to others. more

I used this company to put in new shutter in my living room and put in new drapery in my bedroom. I was very impressed with the selection of materials. I had many different choices. The process was very easy. I am very pleased with the end result. more

Wow, I love these people. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got. I love my blinds. I got new wood blinds and verticals for my house. The prices were great and the products look amazing. The installation was quick and easy. I would reccomend this company to everyone. more

Outstanding 2/24/2011

Budget Blinds of Pasadena made the process of redecorating my new house easy and affordable. The reason I didn't go to a warehouse like Home Depot is because I was looking for the friendliness and helpfulness of a business like this one. I purchased wood blinds, various draperies for around the house, and a comforter set for my daughter's bedroom. I had never guessed that an in-home consultation would provide so many fabric options -- I was amazed. Not only is my wife happy, but so is my bank account. more

Not Professional and will Lie a lot 1/18/2011

Do not use these people, unprofessional craftman skills. I placed an order in September and did not receive my order until late November and the blinds were bent and still are bent. Blinds were installed over lapping therefore I can't draw them back to open.\r \r Zak is unprofessional as they come. He was suppose to come back to replace one blind that was seriously bent and he left that blind by my front door one night, missed the appointment we previously schedule and did not brother to call to re-schedule. Pray a lot for these people. more
