Horrible service from the Servers. My husband and I are new parents and were granted with the rare opportunity to enjoy some well overdue US time (thanks to my mother n law). We decided to visit Cajun Queen, looking forward to experiencing the mouth watering creol cuisine and atmosphere advertised by this restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience at the Cajun Queen, was not a pleasant one. Maybe our expectations of good food with matching service was too high! Our server appeared to be distracted and more interested in the table beside us (guess he figured the other table would tip more???). Although the table beside us received at least 4 visits from the server, our 2 interactions with the same server entailed him taking our order and delivering the bill. No refills, no checking up on us to make sure the food was ok, NOTHING! Food was delivered by another person from the kitchen. Anyhoo, we did report our concerns to management; however, I seriously doubt anything was done. \r

If you are looking for good food, good service, and a good experience...don't waste your time and money at Cajun Queen. If you are looking for IHOP food at 4star prices....this is the place for you! \r

Um yeah......there was no LIVE JAZZ when we visited (Friday 10-12-12). Maybe we were sitting in the wrong area or the place was simply bigger than we thought it was, because we didn't see anyone playing any musical instruments!!!!\r

We'll be trying Delta's restaurant next go around!
