I recommend that you do not visit this clinic. It was a great place with quality medical service when it was an urgent care facility, but not now. As a ""free-standing emergency room"", the level of professional medical care is more than subpar. Billing practices are also unethical. We were there with our five year-old for 7 hours. There was a shift change and the doctor on duty (also one of the owners) did not let us know that he was leaving or introduce us to the new doctor on shift, who we never saw until we specifically requested to speak with him. Our child was put through unnecessary testing and was severely traumatized. They also had their billing manager performing nursing duties because they were short-staffed. Do not take your young children there. The staff does not have the knowledge of pediatrics to treat or even make an accurate diagnosis. Go to Children's Medical Center Legacy instead. Children's is wonderfully equipped and more than capable!
