I wish I would of read these reviews first! SAFE HARBOR is the biggest rip off. They are taking advantage of people who are unfortunate to have a DUI! Their equipment is old, dirty and out dated. Do yourself a favor and run from this company. Even if you pay more up front somewhere else this company will screw you over and your going to pay more here while being treated like a dirt. Xtreme Audio in Mesa is the retailer I used and they are just as rude and crooked. I have never dealt with such shady people in my life!
