I am the owner of Appliance Service by Paul. We have been in business for over 35 years. We service over 35,000 appliances per year. The reviews I read here are not consistent with our reputation with other customers, dealers, manufactures, the BBB of Utah (A+) rating, and the fact that we were the first company Bill Gephardt chose to be GEPHARDT APPROVED in our industry. They are certainly not a reasonable sample of the amount of customers we help each and every day.
Pros: Highly trained technicians, very helpful staff, saved me big $$$
Cons: Like a good restaurant they are sometimes busy when you are really hungry
