Conveniently located on block from Penn station, not in Penn station but on block down in 7 Penn plaza. I was coming from the Apple Store UWS after the genus bar told me my hard drive need to be replaced. I came in all frazzled and upset at the though of losing years of projects and work. Brian was able to calm my nerves and explained this is something they dealt with every day. He was patient and took the time to explain what could be done and what to expect. Fast forward four days I've got my laptop back, all my data recovered and even a bigger hard drive than I started. They were even nice enough to setup time machine and do a full backup for me to make sure I had it setup right. I went from being in tears of fear to tears of joy. Thanks guys!!!
