Greg did an excellent job answering our questions about refrigerators. He was knowledgable and professional. We would definitely visit with him again on our next purchase. The person who delivered the new refrigerator the next day was the opposite of what we have experienced over the years at Dick VanDyke. He was not professional, did little to be friendly, and didn't clean up after himself. We have never experienced this from Dick VanDyke before. This is not a good way to follow up an excellent sales experience.
