After our refrigerator quit, we quickly found out from your service man it needed replaced. After picking out a new one in the store, we were at the desk ready to pay and the salesmen said it wasn't available for over 2 weeks. Then, he "possibly" found one that could be delievered the next day. After being told our elevated refrigerator is no problem and a $10 re-routing fee because I wasn't available for an hour the next day, the delivery guy walked in and said there was no way he would install it by himself. It was left in our dining room for 5 days until my scheduled allowed me to be home for 5 hours, waiting for someone to show up and no one did. We received no explanation and I had to be available another 3 hours the following day to get it "partially" installed. The 2nd delivery guy left too early and the other guy could not get it all the way pushed in. Our neighbor came over that night to help my husband finish the job. And yes, we paid a delivery fee! more
