I wish I could figure out how to contact any person looking to rent from them and tell them that under no circumstances is it worth it. They clearly do not pre-inspect the property and videotape, as they say they do to the property owners who they charge 8%. Then, when you move in and there are clearly broken items, they require that you take off the time from work to fix them; items which should have been fixed before move-in. We assumed there was air conditioning at the property we rented, then when we moved in, low and behold, it wasn't working, and they told us that ""they didn't advertise for it,"" and to contact our realtor....how would he know if the air conditioner works?\r

I urge you not to use them for any property you consider renting. They should be ashamed of themselves and it will be God that judges each one of those women for behaving the way they do.
