I have been consistently disappointed with Best Buy. I have gone into the store 3 times in the past 3 weeks to try and buy a Smart Cover for an iPad. At first they had none in stock, and since then they have had only one or two, only in gray. They cannot (they say) tell you when they will get more in, as they don't know what's in a shipment. On the second visit they at least told me the days trucks come in. On the third they told me to call ahead so I could save a trip. So this time I called. The phone rang through for a full minute before anyone answered and then they hung up on me. I called again and pushed the button for the Geek Squad to see if someone would answer that line. It took 45 seconds but someone finally picked up. The young man I tlaked to went to check but seemed not that sure of what I was even asking about, since he didn't know they cam in polyurethane and leather. They still only have two in stock, both gray. Poor selection and rotten customer service. S more
