My husband was in a parking lot in the process of disconnecting his dead car battery (to return to Costco) when Israel, with Aliso Viejo Towing, drove by and offered to help. He went above and beyond by measuring the amount of power in the battery, helping to disconnect it (special tools were needed), and even offering wet wipes for my husband to clean his hands. Israel is to be highly commended for his kind and excellent service.
