Sam was interested in our situation and spoke with compassion and encouragement. Whether he remembers or keeps excellent notes on his clients he mentioned details about our child from the previous contacts. Excellent rapport and I liked the feel of family business.
Sam also had positive things to say and when we had difficulty with a billing issue he followed up for us and got satisfaction from the hotel.
