Our organization had used them in the past with out much problem. Our last order was supposed to be ready in 2-3 weeks. It took 4 months of constant phone calls (on my part) and being lied to before we finally got them - long after we actually needed them. First I was told by Sally that they would be sent by courier that week (about a month after they were supposed to be done). That never happened. Then I was told they would be shipped via UPS. That never happened. A month after that, I was told they actually were shipped UPS. Never got them. I was told UPS must have lost them. But conveniently Sally at Royal Tees had ""forgotten"" to get a tracking number. I finally got them after 4 months of that runaround. We will never, ever use them again. I would have asked for a refund, but I was afraid we would never get our money back.
