I recently purchased a used Jetta from a private owner. Yesterday I took it to Dick Hannah Volkswagen in Vancouver for a check-up. I was very, very impressed with both the service and the employees that I had contact with. The entire experience was non-stressful and pleasant. I will definitely be returning for service and repair of my car. (They also have an excellent rewards program.)
