Tried to reserve a table for a party - worked perfectly well, the administrator was helpful and very polite! However, as the event had to be cancelled, I decided to call Rio to cancel the reservation, and another lady on the phone was rude and not customer oriented at all! Once I told her that I wanted to cancel table reservations on X day at X time for X people, she either didn't understand a word, and then said that she would tell that to the manager so that he cancel the booking on Y day for Y people! My requests to speak to somebody more concience didn't take effect.
