The owners and staff at Uncle Jake's Furniture are sincerely concerned that you had a problem with your rocker. We have sold over 50 of these rockers and have never experienced all of the back and side spindles breaking off at the seat plate.
We politely offered several times to replace the rocker at no charge. Our offer still stands. Bring in the old rocker and Uncle Jake's will replace it and in addition we will finish your new rocker at no charge.
