This is the first time I have posted a negative review: Long waits for the Doctor while in chilly exam room wearing paper gown. Phone calls not returned regarding surprise bills. The communication in the office is some of the worst I've ever experienced. No one accepting responsibility for errors made on their part. I will not be back.
