my last aveda experience was the worst. After five hours, my roots are lighter than the rest of my hair. My usual stylist has cancelled on me three times. The front desk staff seems totally aloof and not concerned about the customer. I am not going back ever again. I would rather pay $200 and up for peace, friendly service, and a guaranteed nice hairstyle.
