I brought a pair of dress sandles in for heel replacement and the woman who initially helped me was very friendly, helpful and nice. I enjoyed talking w/ her. She said the shoes would be ready in 7-10 days and they were done early - which made me very happy. Got a call after just 5 days saying they were ready and went over to pick them up. Heels are good as new and the man that helped me, upon picking up shoes, was quite friendly and nice - just like the woman was in the beginning. So, overall, I'd have to say I'd return with shoe needs just about anytime. Loved the store, loved the work they did and loved the service!
