The company was selected to replace the lamp on my rear projection tv. The first contact was made after a referral was placed. I had a pleasant conversation with the first employee. I was disappointed when I received a call the next day from a different employee, with an attitude, about my referral. I explained that I already provided the information. This was a Tuesday and was told the lamp should be in on Friday. I asked to pick it up and put it in myself but was told ""no"" it would void the warranty if you touched the lamp and it blew out again. This comment shows the lack of knowledge of the product due to the fact the lamp in incased in a plastic cover and cannot touch the lamp.The next contact was when I called to ask when the lamp was coming in, this was on Tuesday. I was told that the lamp would take 7 to 10 days. The next morning I was awoken to the rudest person ever listed in the customer service industry. She told me that they would be at my residence today to replace the bulb, I ask if it could be another day. Response ""nope this is the only day, or we cant do it!"" They said they would be there between 3 to 5. I do no recommend a company that employs individuals with this type of behavior.
