Gittleman took over the management of our association in downtown St. Paul (The Lowry) earlier this year. I have had to contact them only a couple of times, but each time it took a long time for them to get back. The phone number they gives goes right into a voice mail. No one EVER picks up. The voice message says to contact them by e-mail but they don't return those either. It appears they get good reviews from board members, but pretty poor reviews from the people who actually live and own the units. That's not a good sign. I hope they get better.
