When first going to this office....you are treated like royalty. They are nice, pleasant and very attentive. The hygenist does her x-rays and gum evaluation on a scale of 1-10.\r
The dentist comes and tells you that you have gum disease based on 4 or 5 ratings. She says that you need an antibiotic treatment when your teeth are cleaned. When you question, she does not understand your question (english not her first language)and cannot adequately answer except to say that she is the dentist. Then the receptionist comes in with a bill for you to sign to proceed with treatment in excess of $1,000 for teeth cleaning! And then they pressure you to agree...if you do not, all of a sudden the atmosphere is cold.\r
If you really had gum disease, you would go to a peridontist and not a hygentist at a dental office. \r
When I went to the peridontist, he said that I do not have gum disease and that this was ridiculous and a scam!
