this place used to have killer service. i used to always deal with one sales manager and he always followed through and made sure that i got what i needed to do the job and got it quickly. now they employ the sort of people in there that base thier customer care on nationality. if you're not the same nationality as they are, you get crappy customer service. the owner, Butch may not know about it. these people are like the customer service people on the discover card commercial. ("" hello my name is peggy. you got problem?"") call me a bigot or whatever you like, but watch what kind of service they give to someone who speaks the same language...
