This company is by far the worst landlords that I have come across in my years of renting. You think that you are getting a good thing with them being lax on people with not so good credit, but in the end they get for everything you got. The condition of the home we rented wasn't bad, but could have used some work. On move in our carpet was bald in places and was too short to be mounted in the thresholds. The maintenance workers were lazy and unprofessional. We were without a stove for 5 days because of having to order an element. Then when it came in towards the end of the day, he told us he was going home for the day and would be out to fix it the following day. At move out they charged me for normal wear and tear to the house and for labor of the workers already employed by the company to paint the house. We were out thousands of dollars when we moved out. We were charged for them to replace the carpet that was already in bad condition on move in. Don't be SCAMMED by this company!
