This is to recognize and thank your service staff, specifically Greg and Ron, along with your courtesy shuttle drivers, Don and Sandy, for helping my Dad, to resolve his 1992 Honda Accord's numerous problems during the last two months. Ultimately, his car's air conditioning system was repaired and the relay and transmission computer unit were replaced in the most economical way possible. Through it all, your service staff and shuttle drivers treated my Dad with professionalism, kindness and respect.
