I am pretty disappointed with my experience with the Beach Ford Collision Repair center. I was in an accident on July 29th and they started working on my car on Aug 3rd. I just got my car back today, Aug 29th.
I called practically every other day to get an update on my car because every time I called I got a different estimate as to when it would be ready. When calling I was almost always immediately put on hold. Then after waiting on hold for several minutes I would be told someone will call me back, which sometimes happened, sometimes didn't. In one particular instance, I asked to speak with Jamie, the manager, and was told that there was no one by that name there. Most of the people I spoke to acted like I was an annoyance and didn't seem very happy to be helping me.
After finally picking my car up today, I was not provided with any paperwork that detailed exactly what work was done (I was told it was misplaced over the weekend due to the hurricane). I was told they cleaned up my car but the interior of it is dirtier than when I dropped it off! I'm not sure what the techs who were working on my car did, but the interior cloth and door/dash panels are covered with a white dust/film. I am also unable to confirm that my car received the special EPA coating I had initially paid extra for at the time of purchase.
Overall I am disappointed with the service I received at the Beach Ford Collision Repair center. While I am happy to have my car back and in great condition, I doubt I will be returning there for any future work.
