They lie through their teeth! I was told (when I bought my car) that their service prices were comperable with everyone else. Well, I don't know about you but $40 plus tax is not comperable for just an oil change. Maybe for oil and lube. When I told them they were too expensive they told me that I don't get the car wash tickets any more either. So, I guess I spent $2,000 for their servce plan for nothing. What a waste!
