I had a scheduled check up for a tire rotation and a oil change. My service attendant was busy when we arrived and Tonya (I hope thats her name) stepped in and took ownership. She was nice and I mean very nice, my wife also commented on her great attitude.. After having her I will ask for her next time to be my service representative.
