Our 2 kids (now 22 & 14) have been going there for the past 12 yrs and we've had absolutely zero complaints.
Front desk has always been helpful to assist with making appointments that suit us, filling out school/camp/medical forms, etc... Dr. Luchtan has been great, he takes a real interest in helping kids.
Every time i take my son there, i'm asked if my insurance has changed -- i always say no & that's the end of it; never been asked to repeat insurance info (ever).
