Dr. Luchtan is great. But very difficult to get an appointment with. Biggest problem is waiting at least 1 hour every visit to see a doctor and the other 2 staff Doctors are alm...

Always Been Great for Our Family 8/29/2011

Our 2 kids (now 22 & 14) have been going there for the past 12 yrs and we've had absolutely zero complaints. Front desk has always been helpful to assist with making appointments that suit us, filling out school/camp/medical forms, etc... Dr. Luchtan has been great, he takes a real interest in helping kids. Every time i take my son there, i'm asked if my insurance has changed -- i always say no & that's the end of it; never been asked to repeat insurance info (ever). Keep up the great job .... more

Have we become just another number? even our little ones at a pediatricians office? Unfortunate but it is the truth, at least at this office where you are not being aknowledged at the beginning of the check up, nor the end. I read the previous review and totally agree!! I wish I had read it before.\r Young Doctors, knowledgable? perhaps yes but if I am in search of the best care for my baby, this definately is not the case.\r Very disappointed! Pros: ?? Cons: terrible staff!! more

AWFUL FRONT DESK STAFF 2/10/2010

The front desk staff is nothing but rude. Whether its calling to make appt. Or keeping your insurance straight and not asking for your card EVERY visit. Total attitudes from these people. So many different doctors there & none can keep up w/ who your child is. They just write prescriptions to get you out of door. Its not personalized AT ALL.... Rating a 1 Only because it is required. Pros: good question.... Cons: WHERE TO BEGIN??? more
