I was put in touch with this company by the warranty company that I purchased my appliances from. Needless to say, from the first phone call three weeks ago, I should have known this company was going to be a problem. Stuck because I had a warranty, I went throught with making an appointment. The service man came and was nice. He left saying he was going to call me with the part information and let me know what to expect...The next day, the owner Eric called and left a message asking if the machine worked and to call him back. I called him back, and he never returned my phone call. I called a few days later...no phone call back. I finally called the third time and was promised that after a conference call he'd return my phone call. No phone call again. I called the next day, mind you this is going on about two weeks and still my washer is not working, and was told that they don't work for the warranty company and the parts were on backorder. I had no idea they even ordered parts. The gentlemen Foster was rude, and unprofessional stating that he has flaged my account and they will NOTcome to my house and complete the repair work. The owner Eric is not a good business man for keeping a customer waiting for two weeks. I'd think twice about calling this company for any repair service. I'm just trying to save you from aggrevation and from getting upset. more
