I had a very slow and sluggish computer, and since I had John rescue me on previous occasions (about six years ago), I knew he was the one to call. He has always done an excellent job, is extremely knowledgeable, and prompt?with excellent service. After his diagnosis, and e fact that the computer was older, I got a new one, and had John get all the connections on there?correctly and show me how to use it and the attachments that I had. He is also a very good teacher, and a very pleasant friend. Thank you, John.
