the sushi items were excellent, however the soy was exceptionally bitter. I've tried the sushi dinner w/o ginger, soy, and plain, and my impression was the soy (whether light or regular) ruined the taste.. The staff was polite and somewhat interested but since this was close to 10 pm when the shift was "over" the interested was equally diminished. This is truly mismatch between excellent seafood itself and what I think is service paying attention to small but key articles of food service.
