Because I am a real estate professional I have to deal with this company all the time. I deal with a lot of management companies and this one is by FAR the WORST. The people who work in the office are rude and very unco-operative. At this time when housing is a real issue for a lot of people they are making it very difficult for everyone and adding to a an already horrible problem. Instead of making the road easier they ADD all kinds of red tape to the process of buying, selling and renting. I understand that management companies must screen prospective clients but the manner, tone and efficiency in which it is done can make a big difference. I have known them to be underhanded and manipulative. They are strictly about money... they don't care about anything else and if the girls up front take a disliking to you....they become impossible to work with...STEER CLEAR!
