Unless it's January or February in Miami, this is not the place to be. We ended up at Vita since it's one of the only restaurants that is doing the Miami Spice Menu on Saturday nights at South Beach. To our surprise, no one told us that this place is outdoors. It's was so hot and muggy that if it wasn't that we were starving, we wanted to get up and leave. In addition to the already unpleasant experience, the staff was terrible. They seemed very confused and disorganized. The third strike came when we got our food. I had the Mahi Mahi that is part of their Miami Spice options, it was flavorless, over cooked and dry. None of the five people I was with thought their food was anything special. The look of the restaurant is okay, but have I mentioned drinks are $18! I would never recommend this place.
