This is a very unscrupulous and shady towing service, questionable business practice and will damage cars and remove personal items from inside. DO NOT allow them to see you credit card info, you will regret it. The business has numerous complaints and civil claims against it, I recommend you do not use them unless you like grief and financial loss that seems to last months. If you park anywhere they have signs posted please complain to the business, the tow illegally and hold your car hostage until you pay.
