Disgusting company, disgusting establishment period...So the owners name is Bo Lemlar he's a real greaseball, selfish, and the posterchild for GREED!! Paxton towing works with these so called ""parking enforcement"" agenices who are nothing more than sleezbag alcholic smoked out con-artists, often times they lie in wait for people (tenants or whoever) to park their vehicles so they can illegally tow them. Just because they have some bullsh*t contract with these properties does not entitle them to have your vehicle towed unless the victim has violated the established parking rules of that property. Many times the tows are bogus! Now, they will attempt to charge the tow victim a fee for the parking citation; LISTEN UP PEOPLE, DO NOT PAY THE CITATION! You dont have to pay the citation. In fact they may not even tell you that there is a citation fee they'll jus say you owe 360.00 normally this citation fee is 75.00 which is issed by the parking agency not paxton. Paxton then tries to collect the citation for the agency when the tow victim comes to pay for their vehicle...so just to burst their bubble ask them about this citation and ask them to explain to whom and why you need to pay it, their answer shall be ridiculous im sure. Anyway dont pay it, they will try to use language like your REFUSING to pay and no you are not refusing, you are just simply choosing not to pay a fee to a company (paxton) to whom you owe no money. Dont fall for the illegal scare tactics they may throw your way about being pursued by the parking enforcement agency...BULLSH*T!!! They're just mad because everytime a person chooses not to pay the citation the parking enforcement agent(s) dont make any money, well too bad so sad!!! Dont let them charge you a storage fee if your vehicle has been at their yard for less than 30 minutes...and if you have to sue do it you'll win. There is an employee or flunkie by the name of Efrain, John harris owns network parking and David (dont know his last name) owns select parking, all of them are assh*les and do not possess any practical skills as to how to operate a business.
