I have been going to this Longhorn Steakhouse for over 16 years. And just recently had a bad experience last Tuesday night, August 16 th 2011. I normally get their Salmon meals and rarely get any kind of sandwichs. I asked the waitress for a shaved prime rib sandwich and she said, we only have that at lunch time, but I will try my best to get it for you and she did. The only thing good on the sandwich was the mushrooms! The meat was tuff and chewy. It was like it was left out and ate my fries of course. On the way out of the restaurant I told her my meat was tuff and she said, Next time tell me right after you eat, not after you paid for it. And she will find out what she can do. Well, You don't have to worry about next time. I just decided, I will start trying other restaurants across the Tuttle Mall and I doubt if I will ever go back to this one. Because all I will think of is Tuff Prime Rib!
