I have been a member of DuBunne and been coming there for many years. I have always had great service and everyone on staff is great. This visit, my massage was wonderful. My facial, not so much. I was disappointed with the person doing my facial. She was not calm at all and did make me a bit nervous. A facial should be a calming experience. She was a bit too aggressive and not real gentle. Also, I was supposed to get a mini spa facial. Not sure what facial I received but my skin got burnt and is sore to the touch. Maybe there was some other type of treatment she did that burned my skin but that isnt what I signed up for. When she said she was applying some type of "acid...." I told her it was burning, she still left it on there for 1 minute instead of 3 minutes. In any case, next time, I will insure I am only getting a "normal" facial.
