When I purchased my vouchers back in February, it was supposed to include the mobile service. Recently went online to book an appt and saw that they now charge an additional $15 to come out to your house. Really? On top of an $85 charge for a mobile spa mani/pedi, you think you deserve an additional $15?
Anyway, so I tried to call the company several times to talk to someone and to set up an appointment because I wanted a massage and a mani/pedi. Called and left many voicemails. Never got a return call.
The concept of this business is great, but whoever is running the show here is an idiot.
