Middle aged working professional- moved to MA from out of state. Couldn't have had a more smooth transition. Called into the Butler main office and was directed to Rich, who returned my call with three different properties he thought may fit what I was looking for. We met up , looked at the units, and the rest is history. He was so helpful, professional, and polite. He worked to meet me according to my schedule ,which I have rarely experienced with leasing agents n the past. I moved in two weeks later and have been happy in Somerville since.
