Len is wonderful. He took his time explaining and making sure we understood our options for cleaning our 8x10 rug. He was so thorough he wouldn't even cash our check until he heard from me that we were happy with his job! The rug looks great and I will absolutely use him again and would give him a high recommendation to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.
