I have been a member for the last 4 years and paid my dues on time. However, my recent experience has made me re-evaluate my future visits to this facility in Granbury, TX on Waters Edge Dr. They have lately been unfriendly and rude to their customers. Falsely accused me of intentionally leaving tissue on the floor and told me not to use their facility anymore. A long term dedicated customer who invested $2,400 in planet beach, and this is how they treat me while they complain business is not picking up. Why? Treat your customers unprofessionally and they will find another place to invest their money. I would advice them to learn customer service before starting a service business. Never would I ever recommend this place to any of my family and friends.
